For us to be able to supply you with quotations, process finance applications for you and for you to be able to enter into our leasing broker service agreement we will collect, store and use the following data:

Email Marketing Communications and Tracking

Credit Reference Agencies
In considering your application, the lender will search your record at credit reference agencies. A record of any search and your application will be seen by other organisations that make similar searches. Directors and Partners of firms applying for credit or hire may also be searched. On occasion, we may request a credit check with more than one finance provider.
If you are a joint applicant or if you have told us of some other financial association with another person, or a director of a firm which is applying for a facility you are declaring that you are entitled to:

The lender will add details of any agreements to your credit file, including the payments you make under the agreement and any default or failure to keep to its terms and conditions. The records will be shared with other organisations and will be used in order to make future decisions about credit and/or credit related services like insurance.
