The i3 is one of BMW’s electric models. The five-seater offers a real world range of around 160 miles, which is more than enough for day to day life.
Not only is the i3 electric but BMW are trying to be more environmentally friendly in it’s production, from the natural materials like Kenof and around 27 used plastic bottles that are recycled and used as material for the door and seats through to the Leipzig plant it is built in, where the production line is powered entirely by wind.
With the low dashboard and simple digital instrument screen there’s great visibility of the road ahead in the i3, and rear parking sensors come as standard to help with reversing as well.
The i3 has a 10.25-inch screen in the centre of the dashboard, with a satnav, DAB radio, Bluetooth and USB socket as standard across the range.
