The fourth edition of the Audi A8 is available in a number of models and trim options so you'll have your pick of them to get your perfect car. It's designed to be a powerful performance saloon that lets you experience the thrill of driving in a comfortable interior that rivals the luxury of the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes S Class.
The A8 and A8 L are both available in Sport, S Line, Black Edition and Vorsprung models. The A8 TFSI e and A8 L TFSI e are both currently available in the Sport trim, and the S8 is available as an S8 or S8 Vorsprung model.
The A8 TFSI e and A8 L TFSI e models are the first in the A8 range to utilise plug-in hybrid technology, to reduce emissions and improve your fuel consumption, although the fully electric range is still fairly low at around 29 miles.
All cars come with a Tiptronic automatic gearbox and Quattro four-wheel drive, and there are plenty of options you can add to make driving easier and safer than ever before, for example, driver assistance systems like the Pre-Sense collision detection and the Head-up display which projects key info onto the windscreen for you.

The A8 is currently available with petrol, diesel and hybrid engines and you can get up to 37 electric powered miles from the hybrid.
Audi are due to give us an all-electric version of the A8 in the A8 e-tron soon but it is not currently available for drivers to buy or lease.
