The XC60 is Volvo’s mid-sized SUV sitting between the smaller XC40 and larger XC90 but with five seats and a boot capacity of just shy of 500 litres there’s plenty of room.

The Volvo XC60 is currently available in hybrid and mild hybrid powertrains, and an all-electric version of the XC60 is expected to launch in 2024.
The XC60 Recharge hybrid model achieves an electric-only range of 46 miles. It takes approximately five hours to charge from 0-100% via a home wall box.
The Volvo XC60 is bigger than the XC40, but not by much! The XC60’s wheelbase is 163mm greater than the XC40, and the former is slightly taller.
The XC60 offers 1,037mm of headroom and 1,055mm of legroom in the front of the car, compared to 1,030mm and 1,040mm respectively in the XC40. In the back, the XC60 offers up 988mm headroom and 965mm legroom, while the XC40 delivers 994mm and 917mm.
